Project objectives

Permanent network of trainers

To facilitate the education and professional growth of trainers delivering the training programmes developed under the project, a permanent network of trainers was established. The network servede as a platform for exchanging experiences and knowledge, discussing new approaches to training of trainers, know-how and the best practice sharing. It also provided ideas, materials and opportunities for the professional development and improvement of training materials based on their practical experience, as well as for delivering training on regular basis. Before the first round of delivering education, trainers went through the initial training and became familiar with teaching materials, the pedagogical concept and methodology of education as well as the assessment of the acquired competences from the training of trainers was explained in great detail.

Prior to first round of delivering education, trainers went through the initial training and became familiar with teaching materials, the pedagogical concept and methodology of education as well as the assessment of the acquired competences from the training of trainers. In the framework of international workshops, they helped to complete the content and scope of the individual modules, including the formulation of the pedagogical concept and the teaching methodology, to be adapted to the specific conditions in the individual target countries. They also participated in the editing of the final program structure as well as in the preparation of a methodology for evaluating the results of the learning process.

More than 20 trainees from Slovakia  collaborated in the ingREeS project, who transfered their experience to the participants of all training modules. A built-up network of trainers is not a closed group; on the contrary, within the sustainability of the project, the challenge to include other professionals remains open.

Vocational training and subsequent acceptance of trainers was the responsibility of program experts in cooperation with the relevant modular expert. Program experts became the main guarantors of each program, taking on the following basic duties and competencies:

  • designed and approved the structure of modules, reduced duplication between modules and assessed the time consuming of study materials;
  • commemorated the proposed solution of the future education of persons in the defined area according to the agreed parameters of the individual modules;
  • proposed and approved the inclusion of module experts in the database;
  • coordinated the work of module experts in the preparation of study materials;
  • annotated the content and range of materials in the modules.
