Project objectives

Pilot round of training courses

The ingREeS project created complex conditions for the technical, organizational and financial requalification of 400 Slovakian and 300 Czech professionals who are or will be active in the construction industry at the middle and senior level. In terms of energy efficiency and use of renewable energy sources in buildings, there are currently insufficient trained professionals. The vision of partners within the ingREeS project was to build a sustainable system of further education and qualifications, which will continue to contribute to the development of the knowledge and abilities of many other construction professionals after the project.

The training itself ran in hybrid (combined) form of education from 2017 in the regional offices of SKSI (Bratislava, Banská Bystrica, Trenčín, Trnava, Žilina, and Košice). The hybrid form of learning combined personal (or online) participation in a lecture with an e-learning form of learning. This form was chosen in order to maximize the innovative transfer and absorption of the extensive study materials created within the project.

At the same time, the chosen form of learning enabled the participants and the lecturers to effectively handle their time in the training, who had the opportunity to thoroughly study the materials available online at their convenience.

Continuous verification of the level of knowledge achieved is done automatically through training examples or tests. This form of testing also acts as an additional element of the learning process where a participant can return to the study material on the basis of a incorrectly answered question and complete his / her knowledge in particular field.
